Our Policy

Returns Overview

Category Return Window Condition Required
Standard Furniture 14 Days Unused, original packaging, resalable condition
Home Decor & Accessories 14 Days Unused, original tags attached
Custom/Bespoke Orders Non-Returnable Sales are final unless defective upon delivery
Clearance/Sale Items Non-Returnable Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Mattresses & Bedding Non-Returnable Due to hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once opened

Important Details

Terms & Conditions

If you are returning an item because of a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original delivery fee is also non-refundable.

For defective products or incorrect items received, YANA will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for large furniture items returned without original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Steps

How to Request a Return

Login & Locate

Go to your Account Dashboard and find the order containing the item you wish to return.

Submit Request

Click "Request Return", select the reason, and upload photos if the item is damaged.

Pack & Ship

Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the provided label.

Get Refunded

Receive your refund or exchange after our warehouse inspects the returned item.
