In-stock items are typically processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1 to 2 business days.
Pre-order or custom-made items will have specific lead times mentioned on their respective product pages (usually 4 to 8 weeks for bespoke woodwork).
- For large furniture items (sofas, wardrobes, dining tables), our scheduling team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp 2-3 days prior to your delivery window.
- You can confirm a 4-hour delivery window that suits your schedule.
- Please ensure someone aged 18 or above is present to sign for the delivery and inspect the items.
If you reside in a condominium or apartment, please inform us of any specific delivery time restrictions or required management permits before your scheduled delivery date.
Please measure your doorways, lift entrances, and staircases beforehand. If hoisting via balcony is required, additional third-party contractor fees may apply.
